Probably the SINGLE most Important thing you can DO for Your Self is to Ensure that you Practice DAILY Spiritual Protection. 

Spiritual (or Psychic) Protection is about taking care of the Spiritual Body which, in turn, has a Direct Effect upon the Physical and Mental Bodies.

When undertaking ANY energetic work or WHENEVER working with Crystals and the Crystal Skull Consciousness, especially when Sensing, Meditating or Journeying with Crystals – Our Consciousness is in a State of Shift and constant Movement. We are therefore Creating Space within our Consciousness. It is at THIS Time that we are at our MOST Vulnerable – from Psychic Attack or Entity Attachment.

As we Open and Expand our Crystal Consciousness we are Opening Up to and Connecting with The Source.   Our Spiritual Body, through the Chakra Centres, physically Re-Unites with this Universal Supreme Flow of Energy. This Creates a Space and an Opportunity for Pure Energy to Flow In.

While we are Opening Up and Creating Space we become more Sensitive and more Luminous, as we Resonate with the Light Frequencies of pure Crystalline Energy. This Rapid Increase in our Illumination can leave us (if not protected) Exposed and Vulnerable to Unhelpful and Damaging Energy and Entities.

The Light of a Being’s Soul burns with an extra-ordinarily Bright Flame. This Internal Flame can burn SO brightly that Darkness is Attracted to it, rather like how a Moth is drawn to a lit Candle. The Darkness is drawn to The Light and tries to Extinguish the Illumination.

As we Journey forward with the Intention of Building and Developing our Crystalline Light Body it would be Foolish to go on Unprotected. 

WITHOUT  at least completing Some Form of daily Spiritual Protection, we WILL become like Magnets to ALL the undirected Psychic Debris hurtling around the Planet.
